A big piece of the Orioles notorious young core, Jordan Westburg was 7-24 with a triple, home run and four RBIs this week. Westburg continues to piece together a stellar start to the season as he carries a .309 average with five home runs and 18 RBIs.

Ernie Clement (‘14 Albany/Toronto Blue Jays)

The University of Virginia product has been making the most of his opportunities with the Blue Jays, picking up six hits in 19 at bats last week to go with a home run and two RBIs. On the young season Clement is batting .295 with two home runs and four RBIs in his 44 at bats.

Ryan Yarbrough (‘11 Utica/Los Angeles Dodgers)

Ryan Yarbrough has been a key piece in the Dodgers bullpen this season as the former Utica lefty picked up the win in a five inning outing where he allowed just one run last week. Yarbrough holds a 3.86 ERA through his seven outings that total 21 innings.

Mark Leiter Jr. (‘11 & ‘12 Amsterdam/Chicago Cubs)

Another PGCBL to MLB bullpen arm that’s seeing success to start 2024, Mark Leiter Jr. has hurled 11.1 shutout innings in relief this year, allowing just six hits and striking out 12.

Tim Herrin (‘16 Amsterdam/Cleveland Guardians)

Now in his second MLB season, Tim Herrin has found a tremendous amount of success in his relief role with Cleveland, posting 11.1 innings, allowing just three hits and one run with 11 strikeouts through 11 outings.
