PGCBL to Add Watertown in 2018By Ballpark Digest The Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League will add a franchise in Watertown, NY for the 2018 season. More details will be released down the road, but the franchise is going to occupy a former minor league ballpark. Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds, which was one home to the Watertown Indians (Short Season A; NY-Penn League) will host the PGCBL franchse.
