Throughout the season, the Perfect Game Collegiate Baseball League will be recognizing a Player and Pitcher of the Night on each game day.

Player of the Night: Lucas Stalman, Adirondack (Boston College)

Stalman came up with the biggest hit of the night on Thursday, belting a three-run home run in the top of the fifth inning that gave Adirondack the lead for good in a 9-5 win over the Glens Falls Dragons at East Field. The home run was Stalman's fourth of the season, and his second in the last three days. The freshman also recorded two singles and another run scored to record a 3-for-5 day with three runs batted in and two runs scored. Stalman added his eighth stolen base of the season in the victory, swiping second base in the first inning. The performance was his sixth extra-base hit of the season, and his fourth with two or more runs batted in.

Pitcher of the Night: Gregory Allard, Saugerties (Stony Brook)

Allard picks up his second Pitcher of the Night award of the season after his longest start of the season. The righthander tossed seven strong innings against the Mohawk Valley DiamondDawgs in Little Falls, allowing just two earned runs in a 5-3 victory. Allard struck out six Mohawk Valley hitters, and earned his second victory of the season. The Averill Park native stranded six DiamondDawg hitters on base, keeping Saugerties' lead intact from the second inning on. The win in his fifth start of the season moved Allard's season record to 2-1, and dropped his ERA on the year to 4.70.
