GENEVA, N.Y. — The Red Wings won their second straight game following an outstanding performance by Nick Serce (Alfred State) at the plate. Serce started his night with a home run in the bottom of the first, and continued with two more hits as the night progressed. He scored three of the four runs for Geneva. Also, Augie Walters (Holy Cross) was dominant on the mound for the Red Wings with six innings pitched, two hits, and five strikeouts in the outing. It was fitting to see Serce close the game on the mound for the Red Wings by getting the last three batters in the top of the 9th.
