Each team scored two runs in the fourth inning and after Albany plated a lone run in the fifth, Saugerties scored three in the sixth on a Vince Lakes two-run double and a Caleb Kerbs RBI single. The Dragons took a 2-0 lead in the third inning on a Brian Uliana two-run single. A sacrifice fly in the fifth extended the lead to 3-0. After two runs scored on an Eric Downey single in the sixth for Amsterdam, the Dragons were able to hold off the Mohawks and get the win.

Elmira 6 Geneva 5
It took 10 innings but the Elmira Pioneers walked off against the Geneva Red Wings, 6-5, at Dunn Field.
After the Pioneers blew a 5-1 lead in the ninth inning, an error scored the walkoff run in the 10th. Geneva scored the game’s first run in the third but Elmira quickly responded with a three spot in the fourth on a Brian Kelly three-run triple. The Pioneers extended the lead in the fifth on a groundout and Kelly hit an RBI single in the seventh to make it 5-1. But in the top of the ninth, Geneva rallied for four runs to tie the game.

The Utica Blue Sox scored two runs in the first inning and didn’t look back as they beat the Victor RailRiders, 4-3, on the road.
In the first, Mitchell Calandra hit an RBI single and a groundout scored a run. A Keyshawn D’Orso solo home run in the second made it a one-run game but in the fifth, Calandra hit an RBI single and Justin Gegers extended the lead to 4-1 with an RBI single of his own. Victor scored two more in the home half but it wasn’t enough as Utica held on for the win.
